欧洲和美国传说的很快停止换 daylight-saving time 没了下文？

In 2019, the European Parliament voted to remove Daylight Saving Time in the European Union. The vote was passed and progressed to the European Council, but this is where it faltered.
The European Council has still not started negotiations as other issues, such as Brexit, the COVID-19 pandemic, and the conflict in Ukraine complicated matters further. Thus, it seems unlikely that any changes to DST in the EU will take place anytime soon.

- A push in the U.S. Congress to make daylight-saving time permanent, which was unanimously passed by the Senate earlier this year, has stalled in the House, with a key lawmaker telling Reuters they have been unable to reach consensus.

呵呵，这种事情没有任何金主感兴趣，又不像援助乌克兰还能拿回扣，所以国会也不管

本来就是无所谓的事情。反正都习惯了。

欧洲议会看来也是个橡皮图章，通过都3年了， 到真有权利办事的欧洲理事会那人摊摊手：你看乌克兰还在打仗，今年冬天很多事 。。。 daylight saving 这事以后再说 ........
记得当时版上还激动一把，有赞效率很高的

欧洲人有打鸡血的项目比如环境变化之类的，
反正耗子总要吃黄豆，要不然就更年期。。。

美国从2023年11月5日起，取消冬令时，永久实行夏令时，不再需要一年调整两次时钟。

呵呵， 看上面了？ 仅是参院通过，国会还有的扯，美国再过10年也没实现这个我不会觉得惊讶

家里没小孩儿还好，以前一点问题没有，现在发现真是折腾人，更有平时起不来床周末早起的，今天更是早起，简直想打人，没娃的时候今天就是妥妥补觉

会通过的 众议院没什么理由阻挡 只是技术上公司得调整 不调也无所谓 都是电脑自动变

有什么利弊

今年是最后一年了

家里没小孩儿还好，以前一点问题没有，现在发现真是折腾人，更有平时起不来床周末早起的，今天更是早起，简直想打人，没娃的时候今天就是妥妥补觉
