08年我前公司大裁员时,就请的带枪的保安守在各个building的门口,badge也是立马就disable。当时湾区有个被裁的老种,就跑回公司把老板HR的好几个人都杀了。
这个确实是最可怕的。 以前资本家还蒙个遮羞布 现在老马直接赤膊上阵给大家展示一番
而且这样的裁人会影响留下的人,对公司未必好。一来留下的人基本要做更多的活去补被裁人本来干的活,二来留下的人士气会很差,公司对用完的员工和手纸一样就扔了,真是没必要努力增加老板财富

虽然我不是川粉,但是Twitter 不应该封他的号。
推特上在讨论,他唯一可以规避这个法律的办法就是给这些被裁的人两个月的工资,这两个月不用上班,但是纸面上还是推特员工,这样就不违法了。但是,他如果想用这两个月的工资当裁员的package,估计不行。这个小气鬼,不知道会怎么处理。
搞这么大规模裁员当然要考虑安全问题。公司裁员大多星期五,就是周末没人上班,危险小一些。他们给出这封信比很多当天直接堵在门口,一点心理准备没有的强多了。
