创历史！这家中餐进米其林了！

周四晚上，世界最著名的美食指南《米其林指南》在温哥华会展中心举办盛大活动，共60家餐馆获得各类奖项。温哥华终于有米其林餐厅了！
有8家餐馆获得米其林一星评级，12家餐馆荣登“必比登推介”（Bib Gourmand），还有40家餐馆获得米其林推荐。
谁能够想象，加拿大这样号称世界大菜汇集的地方，之前竟然没有一家米其林餐厅。随着疫情的逐渐消退，米其林指南终于进军加拿大。9月，多伦多的米其林餐厅公布，时隔一个月，温哥华名单也公布了。
最令华人激动的莫过于华人餐厅全聚德成为首批8家获得米其林一星的餐厅，也是目前为止加拿大境内唯一一家米其林星级中餐厅。米其林指南形容该餐厅的烤鸭超级香脆多汁，海参、燕窝和整只皇帝蟹也值得前去饕餮一番。

《米其林指南》对餐馆的评级堪称严酷，并且严守独立性。评委在完全不通知被测评餐馆的情况下，化身普通食客，对餐厅进行评价。而且，这种评价过程要进行好几轮，以检测餐馆菜品和服务的稳定性。
指南会对食材的品质，烹饪和调味技术的精湛程度，菜品反应出的厨师的个性，菜品的价值以及烹饪质量的稳定性5个方面对餐馆进行测评。能够获取米其林星级的评级是餐馆梦寐以求的荣耀，也需要付出非常艰辛的努力。
米其林星级评价是对餐馆的最高评价，又分三个等级，三星最高。
一星代表高水平的烹饪，值得为之停留
二星代表完美的烹饪，值得绕道前往
三星代表超一流的烹饪，值得专程前往
温哥华全部为一星评价，全加拿大仅有多伦多一家日餐为二星。
虽然此次评比是由温哥华旅游局提供部分赞助，但是旅游局完全没有介入评比。全聚德负责人告诉小编，在评选中他们没有做一丝公关，没有跟旅游局和主流平台进行任何合作。评委通过暗访，独立作出评价。
全聚德负责人表示非常感恩米其林做到了真正的公平。
12家餐厅上榜“必比登推介”。该推介重视性价比，在60元内可以吃到两道主菜和甜点或酒。名单如下：
