请问一个问题大家买房的时候都买Owner’s Title Insurance 和 Lender Endorsements

Title Insurance 肯定要买的 还需要买Owner’s Title Insurance 和 Lender ttitle Endorsements吗？ 也不太清楚后两者干啥的 谢谢 尤其是Owner’s Title Insurance 不知道和前面的Title Insurance有啥区别 

owner's title insurance is paid by seller.. you can refer to final closing disclosure for total title cost that you (as buyer) are responsible for.
我以为这些都是title company和lender协商好的，作为买家并没有决定权要或者不要。欢迎更懂行的小伙伴来指正。

他们发来 WAIVER as to Owner’s Policy 让签字， 否则可以购买 按你说的这应该是seller买？

Owner’s title insurance肯定要买的。以防万一保护自己的clean title on the property。
Lender title insurance 和 lender title endorsements 是一套东西。你贷款的话，没得选必须都买。lender要保护自己。
