客户的反应是很正常的。那个SME太过早下结论,这种商业活动中一般都不说No。有很多其他方式来表达No。为什么一定要直接说No,impossible?当着你老板和客户的面直接说impossible,那不是表明他们都是蠢货?完全可以用其他方式来说。举个例子,SME可以说:It is doable, but it will need a new type of ink to make it happen. From my experience and knowledge in this field, normal ink in the market cannot work with this paper. It will cost much more to use the new ink. Can I ask why we will need to draw blue lines with red ink?
