我每次去humane society foster dogs, 只选 staffordshire terrier, 就是一般人说的 pitbull。我最喜欢这个 breed,. 因为它们 extremely goofy, lots of fun, full of life，最最重要的一点，是它们 very forgiving。我能理解很多人不喜欢它们的长相，但是我觉得这是一种 ugly cute。不过我承认，我也是看颜值的，我更偏爱脸长一点的 staffordshire terrier，我对金毛 lab 反而没什么感觉，还有 inu Shiba 这样毛绒绒的 classically cute looking dog, 因为他们不缺人爱，不差我一个。我有时间愿意去照顾缺爱一直被很多人误解的 pitbull 不过我女儿说,. 这说来说去还是没有说pit pull伤人的几率是多少啊。举个例子吧，如果全部狗伤人的case相对于pit bull的总数很少，那么即使全是pit bull干的也是几率很小啊。相反的，想要ban pit bull也要给出pit bull 伤人占pit pull总数的几率而不是pit bull伤人在所有狗伤人中的几率

咬一口还是咬着不松口要看情况的，pitbull是归在terrier里的单独一类，广义的terrier也有咬住不松口的天性。要了解各种常见宠物狗的特性不太可能，a rule of thumb就是不熟悉的狗不要凭外形或品种就贸然接近。

问题不是我不会抓重点啊，你们这些想禁这狗的就是因为不会抓重点才无法convince别人啊。对于别人的question只会怼，永远也达不到你的目标。还跟我无语，好像我对这事多care似的
这种支持pitbull如果死自家人/小孩被狗咬死了也是他们自己的事只能说活该。但是这种人不把pitbull拴绳子还说自己家狗不会伤人就是应该谴责的。万一把别人咬死咬伤狗主人拿命陪吗？

本来这个物种是不存在的，都是坏人开发出来的。厉害的拿去卖钱，普通的就扔给shelter，祸害别人。
包括咬死人的那些狗狗，也是天使是吗？
pit是个很危险的狗种，对主人也不安全。一大堆主人被pit咬伤咬死的事例。主要是这个狗种由于被专门breed好勇斗狠，以前是用来斗狗用的专用品种。而导致有一定的基因缺陷，普遍有精神问题，就是很多都是潜在精神病，不知道什么时候就被trigger了。如果是放在吉娃娃之类的狗身上，虽然吉娃娃也偶尔犯神经病，这个也没啥关系，吉娃娃那力量可以忽略不计。pit可以说是狗里面好勇斗狠最厉害的品种了，你弄个藏獒来也要惧其三分，主要是发起疯来不要命，躯体肌肉骨骼又极其发达，咬合力也大。
问题是它也不认主啊，咬死小主人，咬伤甚至咬死主人的案例很多。
小孩很倒霉好不好，没有反抗父母豢养恶狗的能力，受害的成年家人也未必都是支持的。
版上目前为止发言的大多数人觉得只要是 pitbull type, 那十有八九就是恶狗，有的极端的连杀了扒皮吃肉这种话都说得出来
所有品种中, 我最喜欢 cute and smart and goofy pitbull type dogs。绝大多数 pitbull type dogs 都是这样的个性，不管版上的人怎么说。这个比例起码比版上通过发言表现出来的有逻辑有教养的人的比例高，前者远远高于70%，后者不到50%
少数的非常 agressisive 怎么也调教不过来的，我没法喜欢“这只狗”，
其他品种的狗一定也不错，只是我没进一步了解
