有办法免掉short-term Treasure Bill 的手续费吗

比如 US 2-yr Treasure, short-term的, 可以通过 broker买, 但要收手续费,算下来大约 0.2%, 有什么办法自己开个account, .免掉手续费吗? 谢谢

Treasury Direct 买的都是新发行的，无手续费。 broker 一般都有。

任何Marketable Securities, tbills to 30year 都可以在auction时买. 2y notes are auctioned monthly.

你的论断是错的。
Treasurydirect 是可以买任何直接auction的国债的，但不负责二级市场流通。你要想买，直接在treasurydirect上买就好。

刚看了一下treasury direct 下一个两年note 的auction 日期是10月25 日，可以direct 那儿直接买。 具体 calendar: https://home.treasury.gov/system/files/221/Tentative-Auction-Schedule.pdf

Broker帐户也可以买新auction的is treasure bill和note吧。 没发现有手续费。
事先查好auction date，开放下单的日期。

诚心请教，试了一下Fidelity,看到rate 4% 的Treasure Bond,点进去coupon value是2.75%。
是不是说，这样买的，interest只有 2.75%？
