没有问题啊， 只要 capital loss 可以当年无限制退税的话，（我亏了1M）， 政府退给我 400K 也行。

所以你觉得是人老了也要跟着青壮年一起拼房产税吗？你也有老的时候

When you sell the house, you are selling it for the market price. The profit should first deduct the owed property taxes for years.
