他跟我one on one的时候也说过,希望我考虑今后做 tech lead,不过也许是我想多了

"今后"可以是很久很久以后,老板给画个饼不要当真.一次我发现老板给我和另外一个人画了同样的饼.如果他说现在开始要你lead你再考虑拒绝

MM 谢谢你的留言,我这个人特别容易自我怀疑,没办法和原生家庭以及自己个人经历性格有关系,不是自己不想变得说话有气场。
我也不是捕风捉影,因为能感觉到project manager对我的肯定,上一个公司也曾被skip直接提出当 tech lead,那一次我怕卷入政治和一些其他原因推了。疫情之后更想和孩子们多相处,工作上更加想躺平了。
我自己不想做,因为确实soft skills 短期boost 不了(新项目明年开始),技术上也觉得自己不过硬,另外不想在现在的公司久呆。
就是让你平常多干活。不要拒绝脏活,累活。这些都是以后升职做leader的时候,要审核的。
职场如妓院,就是一场戏。

姐曾经有过相似经历,因一些原因推掉了;但我总结出来有机会当leader一定要拼尽全力上;与国内一样,一旦你当leader了,各种舔狗都使尽舔你了;
