请问American modern insurance company靠谱吗？给出租房上保险

这个房子一直自助用的Costco 的home insurance. 因为搬家现在要转成出租房。costco自家的房屋险不做rental property的保险，给我们推荐到了这家American modern。American modern 给的报价和这个房子Costco 自住房的价格差不多，不知道合理吗？rental home insurance 总的来说是不是和自住价格差不多？不知道这个American modern万一申请claim会不会很痛苦扯皮？
