孩子在学校被男孩用铅笔戳了眼睛

昨天，当我儿子在音乐室里玩火车时，孩子被男孩用铅笔戳了眼睛，孩子比较活跃. 住在白人特权区. 当时老师带去了护士室做了清理，我在电子邮箱中看到了护士的邮件，急忙赶去学校把我的儿子带到了医院的急诊室做了全面检查，眼角皮外伤,眼球无损伤，现在怎么办？

对方是有意的吗？

学校做错了，这种紧急情况不应该用 email 联络家长而是马上打电话通知家长。
必须与校长见面，要求调查事件，先搞清楚是故意的还是意外。

保留ER记录，要求学校通知对方家长，不管对方小孩是有意还是无意的行为，你需要知道学校的处理方法。要求学校把那个小孩子放到另一个班。对方家长要出医疗费。如果没有合理的后续处理方法，转学吧。白人特区，没有实质性伤害，学校屁股坐那一边，很容易就看出来了。最好第一时间要求学校给report, 你自己和老师谈谈了解当时的情况。看学校的report有没有play lowball。

养孩子真是操心。。。希望lz孩子平安无事

since second time this Spanish man continue want to skipped me, i was mad, i won't move my car, so i left after he had to bringing my son to my car, i didn't saw this Spanish man next few days until now, next my son got accident who boy poked my son in the eye with pencil on monday.

actually things happened on Monday, i feel school is not safe for my son second day , so i went to superintendent  office first, i brought my son to the school after that, 校 长talked to me in the office, Said they would investigate.

i cope emails: Hi, I did check in with xxx this morning about the incident you wrote of. At first he said he did not remember who kicked him or when, then said that no one kicked him, he just said that. I asked Mrs. xxx to come in with us, xxx was a little hesitant but stated again that no one kicked him.  I checked in with him again later in the day to see if he continued to give the same information. He did.  xxx did have his eye poked by accident in music. It is hard for young children to always control their bodies and they are always in motion.   We are working with all of the children on self-control, being respectful and kind to each other. We will continue to work on this all year. i said two times to school principal ; boy have to say sorry to my son, boy's parents have to pay whole bill. they only care me feel good every day, my son feels good. nobody say sorry to my son until now. only principal say sorry to me. i think they want to things down. that's why i wrote post on here. please see first teacher email, my feeling white privilege never head down to color people, even they harm other with evidence.

principal's investigation: all of students were dancing, no pencils in the music room. my son told me: the boy poked on my eye when i played the train in the music room, my son likes play the train. teacher's email i have post there. nurse's email i have post there. principal big smile to me every day, teacher big hug to me with smile. i am still headache. principal still work with teacher if i feel not comfortable.

this why i went to superintendent office second day, i feel isn't safe in the school. after he saw my emergency report of hospital: right ankle injury. no corneal abrasion noted, he said to my son; did your right ankle injury? i don't know how this superintendent got this position. i was confused that time. i think it should be right ankle of the eye now.

之前刚有几楼时有点忙没回，说实话。。楼主的英文真的一般。如果继续有书信交流，建议好好斟酌proofread。
会继续关注这个事情。

lz要不说中文吧。和老师交流，如果你lg英文好点的话，让他写。邮件就是留证据，和学校联系要充分阐明你的证据、表达你的concern、和提说你想要学校做什么，比如换班，换座位，远离那个小孩。你不说清楚，老师其实也很难办。

i copy email here; after emergency room and saw his teacher's email and cc to principal same day. I was devastated that xxx was hurt again and more dangerous, after I wrote the letter to his teacher which xxx fears to go to school this morning.  When xxx was playing the train in the music room, a boy named Will poked xxx in the eye with a pencil, I cried after saw the nurse's email, I don't understand why this boy was so evil, poked my son in the eye with a pencil. How painful that sharp pencil hurt the eye. xxx told me will always wanted to be rude to me.  This was third time, first time was a girl when XXX singed song in music class. Second time I emailed to Mrs XXX, both things happened teacher taken responsibility. Told students couldn't do that. So I did not email to teacher, until xxx feared and did not want to go to school, I failed sleep, this what Monday early morning letter.  School is to educate children. to be honest, .... Of course bullying free of all the public schools. xxx is 5 years old boy, he talks very clearly,(he talks student's name maybe not clear, but he describes sentences diffidently clearly ) he like talking good things, obviously he does not like talking unhappy things. I am so proud with him, he is very nice sweet boy, always like playing toys, drawing pictures, and music.... and help others, never want to be mean to anyone.  My head got horrible headaches.  I attached today emergency hospital documents here. And need continue visit doctor. And continue bill will coming....  The boy named Will who poked xxx on the eye with pencil on Monday.  Again camera is best witness.  xxx

在公立上K的时候，班里一个男孩拿铅笔向其他同学扔，拿椅子扔。。。这还是最好的学区，在公立学校遇上这样的概率还是很大的

你这英文不行，也不懂这里的处理问题的方式，电邮把事情扯的太远，老师看了估计一头雾水。 没有证据的事情，只是猜测，自己的感觉，不要在电邮里写，会降低你个人的可信度。

正常情况下学校应该立刻做紧急救治并第一时间联系家长。
但我听说过学校老师把娃弄伤送医后两个小时才联系家长并推脱责任的。
完全理解楼主的心情和感受。有没有可能是因为之前校方觉得电话中难以顺畅沟通所以为了避免误会才选择发邮件的？
因为接下来必须了解事故发生的细节前因后果处理过程，还可能和另一个孩子家长商讨，建议楼主找英文交流技巧过硬的家人朋友来帮忙沟通。
觉得受到种族主义歧视是需要事实/证据来支持的。先把孩子的事情处理好，再有理有利有节有依据地谈自己的遭遇及感受。

这妈妈真让人无语。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。

lz这种做法完全是不行的。自己一堆歧视的话，什么白人特权区（这是哪里？），什么spanish man，没有证据的上纲上线。反而被学校说你歧视。
就算你自己心里觉得是跟歧视有关系，这个事情最重要的是孩子受伤的问题，学校处理不妥当的问题。应该针对安全问题，针对没有及时联系你们，focus在这些真正发生的事情上。

Lz，说句不好听的，你确实需要心理医生的帮助。我们通过网上帖子寥寥数语都看出来了，现实生活中和你打交道的人肯定更看出来了。你这种精神状态是不适合去解决问题的，因为人家不会拿有问题的人当回事，即使你有道理也让人觉得是在闹。如果你想保护你的儿子，找一个人正常人，你老公或者你朋友，去和学校打交道，可能一了解情况也根本没那么严重，或者学校真的需要改进，都无所谓，结果是你儿子是安全的。你这个英语水平人情世故精神状态，你去搅和不但帮不了孩子，可能学校都会觉得你的孩子是个麻烦。

All of emails were wroten and cc to principal after I saw teacher's email, that was first conversation with teacher after my son kicked on the feet by one boy when he talked with friends. I think this teacher not only not taking her responsibility, but also want to delay accidents. This is why I anger to her.

My son always best like everyone's kids, don't judge this.

Although they 180 turn now, big smile and big hug to me and kids, won't help me anything.

I should mention that : Everything looks good in first few days , since one man who always wears blue T-shirt around 40 years Spanish man, I saw him two times released students to parents difference, which always like racist to me, that fact skipped me when it was my turn, (because of my children piano lessons will delay) and I saw these accidents bad behavior one by one happen to my son, I don't know if these directly related, just I saw something vield. I think everyone should have a teacher license in the public schools.
