did the doctor diagnose what caused this low iron? and when she should have another blood test? too much iron can also cause trouble, not sleeping trouble but liver trouble.

生铁,熟铁,铸铁,还有不锈钢,哪个更补?
含铁量高可以定期捐个血。吃姜黄也有帮助。
倒不是民科,是做测试的德国科学家点错了小数点,放大了10倍,而且菠菜里的铁是不易吸收利用的。
我常年缺铁,吃医生开的贴片完全不管用,但是朋友推荐了一种铁片,吃了俩月就正常了呢,还挺神奇。Amazon就有。
因为本来就不是太低,离下限很近,稍微一补就正常了,所以不用天天吃,隔天或者三天一次足够。
更何况这些supplements 每颗都含有几倍甚至几十倍的 recommended daily value, 所以缺得不厉害的真不用天天吃

我常年吃铁片已经很多年了。隔天吃可以提高身体吸收。具体原因医生跟我讲过可是我记不得,大概理解是铁片有沉积物,等隔天身体排泄掉那些沉积物才能更好吸收下次吃下的铁片。
