Sept. 21 is my elder daughter Rosila Wang's birthday, and mystically, the OSC paper printed Sept. 21, 2022, 2:30 PM as the resulted next court appearance time but was handwrittenly changed to Sept. 22, 2022, 9:30 AM. I do not know the COURT SYSTEM would register which time and my presence or "absence" into ITS "RECORD". On Sept. 13, I found a pick-up notice (5293 0637 3379 3772) to Li Li, my "wife", in my locked mailbox. BOTH TIMES, MY SECURITY CAMERA CLEARLY CAUGHT THE SAME MID-EAST-LOOKING MID-AGED MALE MAILMAN DIRECTLY DELIVERED THE PICK-UP NOTICES ALONG WITH OTHER MAILS INTO THE LOCKED MAILBOX. THERE WAS NO WHATSOEVER DOORBELL PRESSING, GATE KNOCKING, WAITING, WRITING UP ON THE PICK-UP NOTICES, ETC, TO INDICATE ANY ATTEMPTED DELIVERY. Both pick-up notices, as others in the past, were NOT written anything on the line of "The item was sent by:". About “we could not deliver because”, on the notice to me, it's marked on 1) No secure location available, 2) No authorized recipient available; On the notice to Li Li, it's marked only on "No authorized recipient available". There was NOBODY working at the secluded south wing there, even after I pressed the white bell button to my left at the pick-up window and waited for long minutes. No bell rings were ever heard, and the walls closely behind the window blocked any meaningful view into the inside, so I gently knocked the already shattered and taped heavy double window-glasses. For a long time, I was the only one waiting at/for the pick-up window. The mail-service windows in the adjacent central room were quite busy. Eventually a young black man, probably in his 30s – 40s, not in USPS uniform according to my recollection, came from inside. At this very moment, a Chinese-looking mid-aged woman suddenly appeared from my right rear and to my side, not saying anything to me, and talked to the black about a STANDING-ALONE BRONZE KEY she claimed she had just found SOMEWHERE and wanted to leave it to him. I did not notice any key on a “box” or on the ground when I came. The black took in the key. Then I started to give him the pick-up notice and show him my NYS driver license. He looked CLOSELY AND CAREFULLY at my ID and then STARED at my face. This time, the USPS personnel did NOT take my ID away from my view, for a mail pick-up. After LONG minutes of his disappearance, I talked and knocked whether he had found the letter. The blackman came to the window with a bundle of about twenty letters held across his chest, flopping one or two, claiming he was still looking for the letter. Then I had to show my patience and respect to his “diligent” work! However, he did NOT come back to the window after FUTHER LONG MINUTES, and I started to talk louder and knock harder. The Negro came back with the pick-up notice WITHOUT “the letter”, claiming he could NOT find it but had been looking for it. He answered me that THERE WERE AN ARMS-STRETCHING-LONG BUNDLE OF MAILS FOR PICK-UP AND HE HAD TO LOOK FOR MY LETTER AMONG THEM. THIS NEGRO WAS THEN SHOWING PHYSICAL THREATENING TO ME. My question of how such pick-up mails are properly organized by this USPS office was answered by him as “by the last two digits” of the tracking number! Based on my observance of the OFTEN VOID OF CUSTOMERS at this pick-up wing, his claim of huge bundle of pick-up letters MUST BE A BLATANT LIE. A black or any other color CAN NOT, SHALL NOT, AND WILL NOT hide the intrinsic malice or extrinsic vice! I then wanted that whatever mail to be delivered as a “REGULAR” mail into my LOCKED mailbox at the address AFTER THIS USPS FINDS IT. The Negro then asked to fill up the “Delivery Section” at the back bottom of the pick-up Notice. I did not read much on the crowded back, but I did write extra, “I came to pick up, but after fifteen minutes of waiting, mail man said he could NOT find it.”, beyond the filled-in lines of “Signature”, “Printed Name”, “Delivery Address”. And I snapped a photo of the pick-up Notice’s back before I gave the Notice back to the Negro (one image attached). During my writing, the Negro was holding his cell phone to his right ear, but its camera was pointing directly to me and he was NOT talking on his phone! Later, I read closely what’s printed on the Notice’s back, and realized my filling-in in the “Delivery Section” would make as if THE USPS HAD DELIVERED THE MAIL TO ME. The Negro should have told me to fill in OPTION 3 in the upper back for delivering the LATER-FOUND mail to my LOCKED mailbox at the same address. Then, the tracking info at usps.com of this item 5293 0637 3379 3178 shows the most recent record as “September 14, 2022, Reminder to Schedule Redelivery of your item before September 23, 2022” and the earliest record as “September 7, 2022, 11:59 pm, Arrived at USPS Regional Facility, NEW YORK NY DISTRIBUTION CENTER” (one image attached). By Sept 19, 2022 afternoon, or even Sept. 21, there was NO such a letter or its follow-up NOTICE in my LOCKED mailbox or the other two mailboxes at this to-be-evicted on Sept. 21, 2022 dungeon address! The envelope was ridiculously handwritten of 09/13 with pen AS IF that letter were ever ATTEMPTED to be delivered on 09/13. Also, the USPS tracking of number 5293 0637 3379 3772 on the pick-up notice to Li Li claims this letter arrives at its first stop New York NY Distribution Center at September 8, 2022, 12:36 AM, ie, AT MIDNIGHT too (one image attached).
