应该是家里现金存保险箱的人
如果股市债市里的资金缩水20%-30%, 相应能买的豪宅心理价也要跟着缩水。
但是有可能疫情期间投资股票赢麻了,去年11月高点全部换成cash, 然后存保险箱等着2022,2023年抄底,就不受这个大环境影响了。
理论上存在这种可能性。
有这种眼光的更不可能今年半山腰接盘了
