好像是全球25%的AI工业市场都在中国，还是钱说了算。 不给卖其实就和以前PS2不卖中国一样，意义不大。除非不让中国人读书。

只是允许中国分公司设计chip 一般在中国的工作不是什么核心的工作

现有的chip不能出口中国，但是在跟中国合作developing的可以继续进行研发，好像香港nvda chip囤货是不是可以卖？我忘了。
