因为保险cover每三年一次pap smear，所以我每三年才做一次妇科体检，未婚未育啥生活都没有，没打HPV疫苗，没吃避孕药（这话真多余），平时没有感到不适，顶多工作忙心情差的时候会痛经。 上周做了检查，今天收到邮件说结果出来了，点开链接看到一个巨大的“abnormal”，当场惊呆。 看了一下详情，貌似是发现有些细胞不太对劲，但HPV结果是阴性，建议以后每年查一次pap smear。所以，异常，但不太异常？姐妹们有没有遇到过这种情况？我现在既恐惧又懵逼。 医生写的note是： Your Pap smear returned showing some atypical squamous cells. This means some of the cells on the cervix did not look completely normal. A screening test for high-risk strains of the human papilloma virus or HPV which can cause atypical cells was negative. With the negative HPV test, the atypical cells that were seen are not of any serious nature and a repeat Pap smear in one year is recommended.

只有从来没有过性生活，never ever,. 才不会感染HPV。
只要有过一次，就是sexually active, 加之如果是 unprotected， 感染的几率就上来了
同意除非是处女，要不然只要以前有过性生活都有可能有HPV, 但即使是protected 也是会感染的。
