我觉得 很多大家以为“过分敏感”的人 可能的确是过分敏感 也有可能是提前知觉 making the invisible visible
国内某些城市本地人也这么对待外地人。

我觉得,这是很可恨,随便找一个旁观者,都可以看出来两个群体被不同对待 但是已经不属于楼主讨论的well intended microagression的范畴之内了。

可笑的是,很多动不动说别人歧视的人,如果你指出她自己的,或她们群体的歧视行为她会恼羞成怒,或觉得你大惊小怪,而不是对不起啊我伤害了你下次会注意云云。

粗略的读了读,这文章其实是说的偏见问题,只不过重点讨论的对于种族的偏见。偏见无处不在,没有人能杜绝偏见,有些是自己知道的,比如就是不喜欢某种人,有些是下意识自己都不知道的,水族馆那个例子里小女孩有可能就是下意识的找亚裔询问,可能觉得对方让出位子的可能性更高。这也有两种解读,下意识地认为亚裔比较讲规则比较nice,或者认为亚裔比较好欺负,都会得到一样的结果。人当然要尽量客观,但下意识的偏见自己都不知道是很难克服的。即使是自己知道的偏见,也很难克服,这文章里提到面试里的歧视,很好理解,比如版上讨论的很多的印度人的问题,面对一个印度candidate能不能做到不受这些例子的影响做到绝对的客观公正?偏见也是相互的,比如校车的例子,一个因为是中国人的信所以不回,一个因为对方是中国人就认为她很有可能是歧视中国人,以至于用化名发信去试探。有时候有可能对方并没有偏见,但是因为你自己对对方有偏见从而感受到了偏见,所谓智子疑邻。所以还是认知问题,如果大线条感觉不到挺好,自己不纠结,对方如果是有意的,发现一拳打在棉花上也没意思,如果对方是下意识的,双方都没感觉到就更无所谓了。总之偏见无处不在,对于心理学研究很有意思,但实际生活中充斥着偏见,有好有坏,并不能完全避免。我们被歧视着,也同时歧视着别人,只要没吃亏,不用太在意。如果因为歧视吃亏了,当然要反击。但基于规则内的歧视或偏见很难反击,比如高速上一串车超速,警察一般抓第一辆或最后一辆,你不能说警察歧视你是最后一辆才抓你,谁让你超速了呢?水族馆就是这种,即使你知道是针对你,但你违反规则在先,就不那么理直气壮了。至于文章中提到的一些微妙的例子,作为第一代移民,我是不介意美国人问我从哪里来说我英文好之类的,abc 们应该是很介意的,本质上还是对自己亚裔身份的不认可,否则即使对方有意,你也可以不在意。
