Recommended attendance is 5 times a week, with 2 dryland sessions a week. NATIONAL The National Group is comprised of our 12 and older swimmers on the path to the Elite Team. Their practice is also split between technique work and high intensity training. Requirements are 'A' time standards or Junior Olympic qualifications. The expected attendance is 5 days a week. 这是哪个队?每周13次从没听说过,26小时? 12岁就早上5点训练也极其少见,一般都是high school. 如果你们没追求,不要升到最高组,留在酱油组到高中队。
你们队太猛了,如果没有其他选择,就换个队吧。我家14岁了,一周游4次,8h, 同龄的Elite Swimmer游6次,12h.

哪里说10岁孩子要早训了,lz说的是12岁以上的组,也就是满13岁的有早训。不至于为了三年以后的事现在就让孩子离开他喜欢的运动队吧

我也觉得训练有些多啊。我们俱乐部水平一般,11-14岁最高水平组,一周五次,每次两个小时。
那也得看几点睡,要是 人家能8点睡呢。睡眠也还可以
我孩子12岁多,8年级,入队快四年,在思考中。我觉得如果游得快(JO、 A起码要吧。),应该会想办法坚持;如果游得不快、学业越来越紧张,估计就很难常规训练。到了高中,除了学业,还要平衡校队(我们高中校队比赛季早晚两次训练,校队都麻烦。)、俱乐部训练。13、14岁,体型上会有比较大的变化,又是一个考虑因素。还有就是孩子本身的意愿,孩子越大越有主意,家长的意见越是次要。走一步看一步。推娃到后来应该转成被娃推。😂
你们在哪个等级的队,每周训练几次?有和教练积极沟通吗?有给孩子找私教纠正动作吗? 我家两个泳娃老大已经高中了,这一路看下来这么多游泳的孩子,如果家长愿意上心的话小年龄组BB- A之间不难的,而且太多的孩子13-14这个阶段翻车或者突然爆发,所以家长也不要太功利,孩子喜欢就跟着练,自己能提供的尽量提供,娃只有经常赢经常提高才会有好胜心,要是总输肯定慢慢就没兴趣了
10岁男娃,也只有两个BB,我还盲目乐观地觉得下个月说不定就A了 反正现在娃喜欢就游着,坚持不下去的时候可能去混学校越野跑吧,反正那个没门槛
感觉你考虑得好早;在我眼里,10岁还小,以后变数很大。应该是俱乐部水平比较高、家长有压力。
我就等着13、14岁的变化啦。翻车、爆发,都行。嘻嘻嘻。能分享一些私教的经验吗?我们一直没有请私教,在考虑是不是也请一个?孩子刚加入健身房,可以reserve泳道,周末加一次私教,可行。谢谢啦。
5点训练的肯定要早睡,3点半放学,难道10岁小朋友要晚上有很多事情要做? 保证睡眠时间就好,早睡早起和晚睡晚起都可以吧。
五点太夸张了 我们这都是senior高中生才有很早训练的 也没有这么早。。

说错了,是B,不是BB。 每周三次。动作还挺标准,教练也说技术不错。身高95 percentile。身材也很lean。但是游起来好像力气不够,不像人家频率那么快和有力。带她去上过fitter&faster的camp。她整个就不engage,好像特别不愿意上心,认真听。前奥运冠军的教练演示,就她一个人头偏向另一边,不关注。回来一个劲说boring,都学过了之类。反正就是态度不积极。但她又说喜欢游泳。
我推自己,一整个夏天都在夏天泳队volunteer,还当stroke&turn judge,最后都被队里special recognize。可是娃既不跟其他娃social,也不愿意努力进取。哎。
其他什么特长和兴趣都没有。所以我不想让她轻易放弃游泳。
这个先天条件不错。她也喜欢。继续推吧。比赛赢几次,打打鸡血,兴趣就来了。力气不够,是不是吃得不多。多吃蛋白质和碳水。
说孩子除了游泳其他兴趣和特长什么都没有,家长这样认为有点儿不负责任把。

吃得多啊!饭量很大,速度很快。堆起来一碗的饭菜十分钟就吃完,一会又能吃yogurt和各种零食。男孩子都不一定有她吃得多和快。我厨艺不错的,也注重各种荤素搭配。但肌肉力量确实不行。打算下半年加强下陆上训练。不过觉得孩子最大的challenge是不competitive,或者说想出成绩,但自己又游不出成绩,所以干脆就无所谓。我对孩子态度很好的,祝贺她的每一个小小进步,都是夸。趁她心情好的时候,提提建议什么的。但她无动于衷。
另外家长说我不应该说孩子什么兴趣特长都没有,是因为你没有这样的孩子,所以没体验过。从五岁起,游泳,跳舞,篮球,画画,滑冰,普通孩子学过都学过了。所有的都说不喜欢,坚持不去。现在问网球、棒球、象棋、编程,都坚决不去学,说太累了。平时宁愿躺床上啥也不干,或者看书,也不愿意消耗下精力。对任何事情第一反应都是“No”。按理说,挺聪明的孩子,学习也不错(并不努力。白人多的学校,没那么competitive),为啥干什么也没有drive。
在论坛上跟大家实话实说,在家跟孩子却是要斟酌措辞的,尽量保护她的心理。都是以鼓励为主。哎,养孩子好难。最近在听育儿的podcast,希望能找到她的inner drive吧。
是的。要支持的。近半年有进步,希望继续向A迈进。咱也不去奥运会,也不靠这个考大学,就是想有个擅长的运动,teenager的时候也在队里当当assistant Coach,带带小朋友,然后进校队,多认识几个朋友。哎,期望没有很高的。哪怕不进步,她不说退,咱也不敢放弃。很卑微了,哈哈。
你们练了多久了?这个先天条件真好!每半年能看到孩子的进步吗?游泳训练确实很无聊,真正的动力在于比赛,如果她每次比赛都能有所提高,这样也会越来越有兴趣

我真是不能同意更多,每天早晨5点,长年累月的,我自己也起不来啊。不过我家娃也没这个能力进游泳队
估计你家没有泳娃,基本上只有和自己水平差不多的一起比赛才能游出来好的成绩,所以每次比赛都有time standard, 快的和快的一起比,一般的和一般的一起比,大家都有的玩。虽然每次比赛等几个小时但是自己只游几个项目,但是心理压力,体力压力其实都很大,特别是如果比较正规的比赛分预赛决赛接力赛,那一天游回来娃都累趴。
