我也是觉得不能长期吃焦虑药的,越吃越没用,剂量越大,不好
一种是习惯(生物钟)所致,就是平时习惯不太好造成的
这种睡不着是不难受的,就是你躺着一直不能入睡,下来一看,都2点了,但然后睡着了就睡着了
这个无解,要改变,需要2个月或者更长的时间调整生物钟。同时还有“一天狗来一天猫”现象,今天睡太好了,明天就会比较折腾了
