This should be removed according to the policies of your bank.” 我的transaction现在还是pending,应该会移走。你的如果已经charge了,应该会refund的吧?我对Amazon一直是持肯定态度的。

我经历过T-Mobile买一个新的手机送一个iPod最多每个account3个Airpod的促销。促销办法是顾客先全款购买Airod,然后T-Mobile再process。Processing 时间是6个星期。我买了3个,6个星期后只退了一个的钱。打电话去问,T-Mobile 撒谎,说本来说的就是一个。向我促销截屏。我上网搜促销截屏,我没有找到截屏,却发现了很多像我这样被T-Mobile骗的顾客的review。有的经过非常曲折的办法,花去大量时间经历拿到了refund。我没有那么多时间经历跟他们磨,就只好放弃了。
我算了一下,hourly rate 大概800多 还行吧。
跟客服chat, 客服给了refund
update: 发现退了一张,但是卡也不能用了。昨天客服说全退,其实只退了一个。 就这样吧,不浪费时间了。
