COVID 什么时候能结束隔离

上周不幸得了COVID，现在在家隔离，已经整整7天了，测试还有一点弱阳。问一下一般什么情况下能结束隔离？是一定一点阳性都没有呢，才是有一点弱阳，在家带口罩也没什么问题？

好像说10天..

我们这里第六天就可以回学校了，但是要戴口罩戴到第十天

现在还有强制隔离吗？
