btw, why would people keep using celcius.. when you do a google of "seattle weather", doesn't google give you temperature in Farenheit? I don't even have a proper concept of how hot it is in celsius anymore. All I know if above 30 celsius it's pretty hot, and 0 is cold

40度的基本家里都普及AC了吧，我们这可没有，想吹点冷气还要跑mall里去蹭
怎么不搬
西海岸AC的普及率很低的啦，也就这两年新造的house可能装了中央空调，老房子都没有的。我闺蜜几年前买的新公寓也只有水冷，没有AC，制冷很差很差几乎没有。

我也想装呀，不过中央空调或者挂式机都要提前排线布置，建房子装修的时候就要提前准备好。
剩下的要么是水冷移动机，要么是窗式机，都不太合适。我家窗户都是装了纱窗封死的，而且这种机器噪音都不小。
给房子装个中央空调，家里要多少度多少度。 温哥华比西雅图还冷，下雨还多。人家管那里叫最适宜居住的地方。it''s all relative.
本来想着这里不会这么热的，去年例外一次罢了，没想到今年也来。看来以后气候变暖，的确是要常备小空调了。

其它国家的就不要装了，就没几天前，有个挺装的国家，射火箭用英制单位，结果换算错了，燃料不够，火箭掉下来了，真就只有几天前而已
不知道是不是壁挂式。就是一个 outdoor heat pump，然后几个indoor units，制冷加热都可以。 安装起来比较容易，要是handy的话基本上自己都可以安装
需要专门的220V线路吗，还是普通的110V就行？
猜测你年纪比较大出来的，老习惯顽固一些。 我在国内对摄氏度和斤两没概念，因为也不看天气预报，也不去菜市场买东西。 最近发朋友圈不得不换算成摄氏度，因为给爸妈看。
我家的是220 V。装mini split比较难的就是排管布线，要从墙外heat pump搭管子进室内，墙上要钻孔。还有接电线等等。不handy的话一般找有license的HVAC guy装比较好。
即便是这样也比装central AC便宜很多了
我今天打球开心死了，上个礼拜热的没法出门。我就喜欢pnw冷飕飕的天气，当时搬来就是觉得全美夏天都太热
