俄罗斯的动员是隐性的，但是实际上在两座大城市之外的动员程度已经很深了。
现在俄罗斯要求每个州和加盟共和国都要出1000志愿者成立一个新的志愿营级战斗群，拿着70年代的苏联存货突击训练一个月然后上前线。征兵的要求是步兵年龄50岁以下，技术兵种年龄放宽到60岁，一个月大概给3000美元，俄罗斯你懂得，不志愿的人有一百种办法让你志愿。这样编组完毕以后一共是85个BTG总共85000多人，一下子砸在乌东战场上，乌克兰是很难顶住的。
谁的间谍？

最近十天顿巴斯战场上的战线变化确实不大，一方面拿下利西昌斯克的俄军和伪军损失也很大，正在修整，后方用预备役、警察、囚犯和志愿者新编成的30个BTG也还没有完全到位，据说有一些BTG还需要调往赫尔松方向加强防守；另一方面最近海马斯把俄军的后勤骚扰的很厉害，俄军需要一些时间把大型的弹药存放点挪到前线85公里以外的地方。大型弹药库爆炸一次会损失几千吨弹药，除了炮弹之外大批昂贵的火箭弹和防空导弹也要遭殃，有的时候连周围的S400防空导弹阵地都能被一块扬了，俄军不可能坐等着挨炸的。
另外俄军前线单位普遍用人力装卸弹药，导致卡车从85公里外出发一个白天只能往返一次，这样后勤方面又需要增加大量的人力。所以还要继续动员东乌和南乌的占领区，把能动弹的人都给榨出来当炮灰和苦力。
