就是啊！ 蓝州不会翻红吗？ 当年Roe V Wade 的胜利从高院层次保障了女性基本的生育权， 我要是GOP， 现在才不会满足于推翻Roe V Wade, 反其道而行之， 只要弄一个典型案例，能让高院作出从联邦法案严控堕胎的判决， 蓝州的生育法案就有了被challenge 的基础。

不仅没有翻蓝，德州最近一个主要是墨西哥人的选区 （grand valley，mcallen附近，墨西哥边境）还翻红了。reddit 上讨论激烈 因为很多墨西哥都是保守的catholic。 GOP 的政策非常符合他们的胃口。
还有很多墨西哥人因为和白人混过血，所以大量的hispanic identify为白人。 white Hispanic. 很多佛州的古巴人也自认为是白人，并且比其他的 Hispanic white 高贵。所以DeSantis 风头很盛。有空可以研究一下hispanic 的身份认同问题，非常有意思。可能他们祖上被西班牙人从1600年打的太惨，所以争着 identify 为西班牙白人后裔。刚好很多 hispanic 外表看上去和 “高贵的白人” 更接近。至少比东亚，黑人接近。很多阿拉伯人也是。
不要指望任何一个州通过 Hispanic 翻蓝。

问题是帮忙送去的朋友家人也会受牵连 另外合法州的那个医生现在不是也处境堪忧吗？实际波及的影响远比想象的要多
既然政府管那么多，那么凡检测出来有问题又不允许堕胎的出生婴儿，政府应该兜底所有医疗和福利。否则这个法律就是不人道
问题是，一旦这个随便选厕所性别进去的法律执行了，人家当然不是只进有unisex的厕所。有这个厕所且人家愿意用当然没有什么问题，但是现实是很多地方老的设施没有这个，很多人就是claim 女性然后去了门都关不严的有缝的女厕所。如果你是一个女性，透过门缝看到进来了一个男人，人家还盯着你看，你会舒服吗？
剖腹产如果是医疗需要可以吗？
是不是也不行，因为上帝没有这个设计。所以孕妇如果有胎盘前置啥的也不能剖腹产，直到一尸两命为止？
