Unfortunately, that and some other prioritized work has caused us to shift our timeline a little bit on finalizing hiring for this position. We are probably looking at early August before we make an official offer. I understand if this changes things on your end, but I hope it does not because as a team, we felt like you were the best fit for the position. I meet with our CEO the week I get back from vacation and will have a better, more firm timeline for next steps.

我就是怕经济形势不好，一个月后Hiring Freeze啥的。 不过担心也没用，只能看2022的运气了。
继续找。我碰到过给了我offer,我count offer后说要等某个人来才能决定，现在在vacation, 让我等着，最后我发现他们还在继续面试。也碰到过我以为会变卦，我继续找，找到了更好的，我巳经去了新地方工作了一段时间后，结果人家倒没变卦。
假设楼主签了offer但是马上拿到更好公司的offer后, 然后通知前一间公司的H R不去了； 或者通过recruiter找工作, 收到了offer还没有签，然后拿到更好的offer 就把前面的拒了，这些H R和recruiter 会把求职者拉入行业黑名单影响后续找工作吗？
