就是平时的工作职责,工作流程之类的。当时我们的大老板走人了,应该是早知道风声脚底抹油了。临时代管的大老板说不熟悉我们的业务职责,让每个人填个问卷调查。
大老板走人,应该是公司被卖并购的前奏。因为买方一般会派自己的人来当大头。
我们公司也是找的McKinsey,在它的报告指导下进行的战略调整😂😂 以前大伙说咨询公司一来就乱套,现在看起来错怪他们了,咨询公司就是大老板的一杆枪,冠冕堂皇的说大老板不方便说的话
瑟瑟发抖ing。。。。
这个我们公司也搞过,在快速增长期,雇了咨询公司来各个部门挑毛病,优化管理。结果钱扔了几百万,没过几个月又回到从前了。搞得花里胡哨的东西,除了给大家增加了很多额外工作,每个星期要多开好多会,一点儿也没用。
我们是自从换了个HR的大头CXO之后,公司政策各种大改,一直换各种新的app,用的数据平台也是各种倒腾,然后网络性能还越来越差,看得我一头雾水。但部门大头又嚷嚷说要搞啥4x10,就是员工可以选择每天干10小时然后一周休三天,不过也是雷声大雨点小,最后也没个下文了,虽然他们说是在严肃讨论中。
这种优化管理一般是管理层想有动作,清洗,重组 。。。 只是假借咨询公司之手而已。
