The siblings, identified only as “Mr. Zheng and Mr. Jiang,” were in the deep end of the pool at Lincoln Community School in Bayonne on Wednesday when lifeguards noticed they were in distress and unable to resurface shortly before 8:30 p.m., Bayonne Police said. Three guards jumped into the water and pulled the brothers out and administered CPR immediately, authorities said. 救生员都是坐在高台上的吧，不应该留有什么死角的，泳池的水都是透明的，就是憋气也应该能看得到。
那就更应该起诉了。救生员怎么可以在值班的时候看手机呢？这是严重的渎职罪。

救生员很多时候都在溜号把，多年前在一个健身房池边很滑 我摔到池子里了 呛了好多水 还好是浅一点的这边 站起来了 深的地方不知道怎么办 缓过来以后 看救生员还在玩手机呢..
我看了这个新闻怎么感觉阴谋论了。两个很大的孩子，晚上八点多公共开放时间，在深水区溺水，更像电影里那种打架或者被霸凌强行按到水里面淹到的。就是一堆人在玩，然后大家散开以后救生员发现有两个沉在水里。不是三个救生员的问题，他们只能看到一堆人在玩。应该看是不是谋杀。
警察现在不公布录像有可能是这个情况。需要找到凶手。但是很可能是未成年，抓到也不会进监狱。

如果救生员没有看到呢？毕竟是在不开放区，救生员很可能专注在开放区而没有注意到或没有马山注意到
我不骂人也不乱扣帽子，做人比你这种歇斯底里乱喷乱骂的人强太多了

如果那个小泳池真是关闭，这兄弟俩违规进入，然后父母告赢。然后呢？NJ 地产税翻翻吗？或者，游泳池规定，每进来一个游泳 的，必须配备一个救生员，一对一跟着？否则就是疏忽失职？
想想美国为啥医疗这么贵。
