想上烹饪学校

就是蓝带好贵,十几万人民币要,还是我十年前看的价格…… 你们有上过烹饪学校嘛?

我之前也想上蓝带来着,但是家里有孩子要照顾,就一直耽搁下来了,等孩子去读大学了,我就去上一个。要是我没记错的话,美国这里应该没有蓝带了,早在2016年就撤出美国了

我想去蓝带学甜品,我是那种自己不吃,闲着无聊做的送给别人吃的。其他的不想学,因为基本中国胃。楼主去厨师学校目的是啥?乐趣还是当职业?出国前我去过蓝翔那种中餐学校,目的是怕自己生活饿死

餐馆里工作跟师傅学。 我小叔叔和姑父都是厨师,16岁的时候去餐馆工作,边工作边学。

就去culinary school 学,为什么一定要蓝带? 同事的孩子在烹饪学校学做面包蛋糕之类的,课余去一个country club 厨房打工,也可以帮忙做菜,比如宴会帮忙,顺便也学会了一些菜。

系统学习的话,不管蓝带还是本地厨师学校都不便宜的,我们这里厨师学校一年学费3万美元,没比蓝带便宜多少。如果只是那种community college那种今天教面包,明天交pasta,那种是便宜的。

国内有个新东方厨师学校,我报名学中餐,结果人数不够,没开课,现在国内全是学西餐的

支持! 我也想上个皮艺培训班,就是没时间,因为都是脱产的,而且很贵,如果从基础到高级的上下来也得小10w呢。等孩子大了再说吧,现在只能先自己慢慢鼓捣着。

还有 美国厨艺学校 呀
他家特别好玩,学生自己有个restaurant,都是学生运营的,你坐进去也没有菜单,付一个fixed的fee,然后他们做什么你吃什么,全看运气...
学厨艺真挺好的,我以前想学日料,因为太爱吃,所以想着自己学会做,但是食材是不太容易买到,后来觉得西餐尤其法国餐特别值,因为2块钱的食材可以做到200块钱的卖相,哈哈哈

如果有资金, 系统学一学还是不错的。
就像语言学校, 网上再学, 还是不如实体语言学校。
我当年学德语, 最快的阶段就是 在德国的语言学校。

法国人,意大利人, 西班牙人 在糕点方面还是不错的。
没那么甜,但是挺好吃的。
我是一个不爱甜食的, 但是南欧人做的糕点还是挺好吃的。

Community college 有culinary program and they are very good. 需要很多时间。一个礼拜三四小时lecture. 十小时practical.
