iphone watch 7 vs se vs stainless vs aluminum

最近我买了一份人寿，它最近发信过来说，可以选买 iphone 7/se，按期付款， 24个月。 但如果每个月做足够的运动量就完全免费。我想，也好， 有一点动力来做运动。 我偏向 7 多一点， 但不知道 aluminum 跟 stainless 有啥区别。 这真是 win-win program, 客户健康点， 公司多赚点。
