1,新房不要了,首付1万打水飘 2,新房要下来立马卖掉 3,新房要下来,20%头款,长持,等利率降下来再重新贷款。留点现金等房价跌了再入一套投资房。 4,新房多付点头款(最多可以付50%),等利率跌了再Refi,不过没有闲钱再入投资房了。
