美国没有这种标准化的验伤标准，因为每一个案子都是不一样的。伤害鉴定除了身体伤害，还有心理伤害，精神伤害，被伤害后不能工作，丧失性欲，丧失自理能力等一系列因素都会放进去鉴定。

中国得量刑应该是比较严的地方了，这个就不要去比了。很多地方十多年死刑都死不了几个， 有些地方，杀了70多个人，马上都要方出来了。
你忘了把什么叫三年以下贴出来了。按照这个标准，介于拘留和一年半徒刑之间。一年半几乎不可能，那是给接近重伤的。而且二级轻伤按照厉害国刑法还可以缓刑，你Google的时候没搜到？
二、故意伤害罪的处罚 1、三年以下有期徒刑、拘役、管制法定基准刑 (一)故意伤害致一人轻伤，伤情接近轻微伤，社会影响不大、被害人有过错或被告人全部赔偿被害人经济损失的，为拘役刑或管制刑;

错，国内的是搬的民国，民国当时搬的日本。东亚的刑法民法基本是日本的框架。
到现在，一方挑衅先动手打，另一方还手，日本也是算互殴。还手重了，不一定算自卫。
