你总是把自己和大家平等待之,你要转变的是内心深处观念,外面的东西才会一起变。其他人就是比你差,需要你去带,甚至驱使,抽鞭子。
平易近人同时坚守原则be affirmative不容易, 但是是可以做到的, 更有同理心是女领导人的优势。我工作中遇到过不少对下属团队很平易近人收到全组人的尊重还可以一起social的,是我的female leader role model
我也被人说缺乏ep,因为我和vp开会的时候,说的东西和我平时开会说的一样,和他们开会,说的重点要不一样。
见什么人说什么话,还是一个很需要磨练的技能。
还有倾听的技能,也很重要。一般抢着说活,就没有很多的精力来倾听,就很难切中要点,一般都是急于把自己的观点灌输给别人,而容易忽略别人的真正需求。这个也是我最近学到的,正在努力改进。
可能是我性格问题,觉得这样活着好累。。呵呵
那就没办法了,感到累,这样不行,当领导 要争,给自己争、给手下争,要enjoy、have fun,乐此不疲
我以前觉得说场面话很烦,现在觉得也是个极其重要技能啊。什么场面说什么话,都是有套路的
这个的确需要学习。对一直是技术出身的人来讲,觉得把事情讲清楚有理有据就可以了,还真没想到过还要注意说话的技巧。记得还看过国内专门有这方面的训练,说是怎么做才能让别人觉得你牛,厉害。当时看完也就忘了。
开会抢着发言是因为不发言就没有机会问几个重要的问题或发表一下必要的意见而已。我才不会没话找话说。而且我说话绝对不像有些人喜欢重复。

你是家里小的,应该 见识过 大的处事方式和方法,不同做法的后果,尤其是大家的反应,我觉得 大家庭的好处,就是一个大机构,家长里短,闲言碎语,能知道很多,尤其是小时候,大人场面上不方便说的,小孩子 还在背后听到不少,哈哈,
家里这么多 领导了,他们 肯定懂的,就是 有些话 不那么方便讲,人情世故,说起来 有时候 不那么 纯 吧,有点 灰
但是 大方向 可以是 非常端正 的,另外 业务上 拿得下 、处事 公平、有眼光,好像一说 又太多了,哈哈,你家里资源 更多,哈哈,问你家里人吧, 没事 和他们 聊 故事吧

领导气质其实是一个很微妙的气场。很多老师会有。我小的时候就有些怕我们的班主任,即使她对我很好。有点不怒自威高高在上的感觉。我有过几个女老板跟其中的一个不合拍,但她也是这几位里最有心机最能干的一个,当然也最美,美的让人不敢直视那种人。如果通过培训,能够学到一些技巧就好了。

Mark一下。我们头儿就是不怒自威。现在我当头了,人矮,原来总是静悄悄的,自己都觉得自己很容易被欺负。没当头时跟大家关系比较好,能帮人帮一把。现在也是很为手下争取提职加薪谋福利。当头后手下有几个人真心帮我,有难关大家齐心协力,觉得人随和一些也不是坏事。我是被赶鸭子上架的需要学的很多。
是。光有好胜心还不够,还要知道如何争取利益最大程度优化别人眼里的自身价值。希望我能通过学习,有所提高有个质的飞跃。在职场和生活里能轻松驾驭各种场合。
决断力我做的很不错了,因为我的工作需要我做很多技术决定,特别是帮客户做很多技术决定。责任还是很大的,而我特别享受这个过程和感觉。协调能力也是我的强项。我曾经带领我们公司和第三方的多个部门在疫情刚开始的时候提前两周顺利完成了一个非常复杂的integration。在庆功会上,第三方特别表扬了我干的出色。我觉得我欠缺的是领导的气场。
特别是对我们wfh的人来说,不能面对面的交流,说话的套路也就更重要了。

我和你的情况完全是一样的。之前的平级现在变下级了,人家也不爽我也感觉是被赶鸭子上架了。但是不管也不行,出了问题对老板来说,下属的错就是你的错....
人矮的确气场起步就低一点,首先可以做的就是把自己“变大”。说话做事不要缩头缩脑的。团成一团话说的再多也没用...

这是第一份工作有401k吧。
领导也是service,也是和大家平等的。 我们单位的大老板非常humble,但是大家都很佩服他。因为他敢于在困难的情况下及时做决定,对下属爱护,赏罚分明。
如果你觉得其他人就是比你差,很难在和别人交谈时不流露出来。没有人喜欢被人俯视, 只是有的人适合做manager,有的人选择做技术,道路分工不同。很不喜欢国内那套狼性,厚黑“霸气” 那种文化。
看来ep training各处用的都是同一套教材嘛,这个claiming space我们的也有讲,还要每人来一遍....
