In a theoretical research, the concept of Quality (of something) should have included three integrative and interactive parts of systemic/total value: Pro-quality (the positive value appreciated by user), Un-quality (the defect with negative value known to user), and Non-quality (the waste of near-zero value unrecognised to user). However, it would be not impossible that the non-quality part (which might even consume so much cost to users) being the major share of total value! What a waste to the world!
