之前抱怨过老板micromanage，工作环境toxic，就骑驴找马投了工作。 现在收到两个offer，请大家给提提建议，工资都差不多，所以不影响选择。 第一个是不到50人的小公司，没有report，一个人一个部门，title是director, head of function，但就是光杆司令。做的东西还在early stage，公司financial backing不错，没有上市。 第二个是上千人的中型公司，也没有report，上面有部门的老板，还要再雇一个比我资历更深的。做的东西和我现在做的和懂的有overlap，但不全一样。公司有early stage也有late stage和commercial。 两个老板聊上去都不错，一个因为不是这个专业的，所以估计会放权，另外一个很忙估计，也不太像micromanager。 做的东西，第一个scope很广，因为就一个人嘛。 第二个scope相对窄，但公司感觉更成熟。 其实如果不是现在老板toxic，目前工作还挺满意，有report，同时做early stage和late stage，公司的福利和假期都非常好，同事和senior leadership也都能力很强。

据说pre-clinical data不错，但我们都知道这个成功率不到10%。 我想到的就是exit strategy，即使公司不成，两三年能学到什么。
不年轻了，work life balance也是考虑。
股票给的很少，上市了翻十倍感觉也就最多挣个十万。还有翻船的风险。最重要的是我觉得去了前几年还是做early stage。
