这都要马甲？ paper bond is capped at 5K per tax return and you can only get them as tax refund. paper bond can be redeemed at most banks after 12 months. they will issue an 1099 under the owner (or co-owner)'s SSN. i-bond (both digitial and paper form) are tax deferred for upto 30 years and they are risk free (unlike TIPS).
