是你在说“投资房这些就不要扯了 根本不能抵其他income” rental loss是可以抵税的,我上面也清清楚楚地写了当AGI低于10万时最多可以抵2万5,你如果还弄不明白2万5从哪儿来的,自己google去 而且你以为开个小business年年报loss抵税可行的话,你真是把IRS当白痴了

我想因为是现在股市跌,联邦缩表,加息,说白了就是从市场上抽出过量过热的资金。有些公司从股市上筹集不出低成本资金,而贷款利率过高,有可能都借不出现金,那就给减成本,一般公司成本的大头是员工的工资福利待遇啥的,如果仅仅是材料成本,还可以搞个A P啥的,薪水不行,只能裁员。
有道理,我那天也在想股票这么跌下去,搞不好是真要裁人。
