我做了10年多PM, 是有很多事情要coordinate and juggle, 看你的性格,有人觉得stressful, 有人觉得rewarding, 一般来说头几年比较stress ,经验越多会越来越好。找个mentor 非常重要
我也做了几年。很喜欢。我爱交流,technical方面基本都比较熟悉,而且压力越大,越冷静,越有成就感。对PM来说,是个plus。
