有人被sapience buddy监控吗？这个软件既evil，又愚蠢

公司电脑上刚装了sapience buddy。 这个软件太evil了。
我因为一个问题思考了几分钟，就被标记成off-pc interval了. 感觉自己变成了流水线工人。 不能思考，只有不停敲键盘，才算工作，太愚蠢了。

mac上有个软件 jiggler可以达到这个效果

用软件来cheat监控软件的，最容易被抓 用硬件jiggler好一点，但是公司要足够狠的话，可以定期抓屏，后台追踪鼠标键盘活动，用machine learning抓cheating

我手动测试了一下，似乎不可以，单纯的移动鼠标，仍然被认为是“不在工作状态”。

写个Loop不停地往硬盘上读写东西，有效吗？
