Official extracts are acceptable, but only if they contain the information neccesary to make a decision on the case. Only extracts prepared by an authorized official who is the official "keep of record" are acceptable. 两个办法，自己翻译，再写个声明，说你中美各有什么学位，语言能力足够翻译这些文件，然后一起拿去公证员那里，当面签字，请他公证。银行工作人员一般都有这个公证资格，你的银行一般会免费给你做。 或者找专门的机构做，有些做移民服务的，都带做文件翻译公证。
