分享一下，我昨天email问了一下，对方跟我这么说的，没有medallion也可以，就做notary certification，但是要附上做notary的人的电话以及银行名字和地址。以下是给我的email内容 We do offer different types of certifications which I have listed below: The following are acceptable forms of certification by the financial institution: A paying agent stamp that shows the paying agent number. The financial institution must be a certifying paying agent for U.S. Savings Bonds A signature guarantee stamp A medallion stamp We do not accept a notary public on this form, however, if the bank uses notary certification we can accept it when it is accompanied by the signature of the employee as long as the name and address of the bank is provided. 哈哈，因为我刚刚也才做完这个。
我当时也是考虑到表格搞完寄出去，那得等多久啊。所以周一一大早给他们打电话，等了快2个钟头才有人接。幸好接电话那位男士人非常好，我抱怨了半天他们这个要求(填这个表并且必须要有Medallion Signature Guarantee)太麻烦，而且邮寄的话太费时间，他马上就说可以email 给他们。
你如果已经搞好还没邮寄的话，可以马上拍一张照片email 过去的。当然如果已经寄出去就只好等了。

没看到这个是幸运的啊，说明你根本不需要走这步，就自动通过了。
需要填写并且verify这个表的是不幸运的那批人（包括我），我打电话的时候，接电话的人告诉我，被选择的要完成这个表格的人，或者是填写的时候除了一个小小的差错电脑无法100% identify这个人，或者干脆就是系统randomly picked you up， 要进一步identify 你。
但是这个邮箱好像根本不回邮件的，我之前有个问题写了个邮件问，至今没回复
5月份也没差吧 现在是7% 和9% 5月份是9% 和未知，未知的估计也就7%左右，是这样么？
这个我就不知道了。反正我是头天下午做完email给他们的，然后第二天大概中午12点半的时候回复我，说已经通过可以去登录你的帐户了。
我记得接到通过邮件前的早晨还给他们又打了电话，这次又等了两个小时。接电话的女士说他们不可能单独挑出我的邮件帮我处理，他们接到的邮件太多了，目前处理的时间，有可能长达8个星期。
放下电话我还非常沮丧，心想只能5月才能买了。结果过了两个小时就收到了通过的邮件。
我估计你的邮件因为不是要求处理这个Authorization 表格的，说不定会回得更慢一些？
另外其实可能还应该建议一下像我这样用email 寄去这个表格的，为保险起见，email 给他们后，再同时用mail, 把做好的表格再寄给他们。这样就双保险了。
这就不知道了，如果9% 这6个月过了之后的下6个月，高于7.12%肯定是比这个月29号前买更好。但谁都不能预料再下一次的利息是多少，所以不好说。
还是去有账户的银行吧，没账户的银行可能不愿意给办，需要盖章的。

我个人的建议，为保险起见，email之后，可以同时寄出去。
我其实就是这么做的。头天下午email给他们后，第二天早晨起床后走出去把我的信放在我的信箱里（下午邮递员投递信时会取走）。
结果我中午就受到email回复说我的通过了，于是我赶在mailman 来之前把已经放到信箱里的信拿进屋了。
你如果在那家银行没有帐户的话，他们不会给你做Medallion Signature Guarantee的。

MM被抽到填表不幸运，邮件第二天就回复还是极其幸运的。我打客服那个女接线员说了半天，就没告诉我可以电邮过去，看来连打电话都得靠运气。

我是第一次打电话的时候，接的是一位男士（也等了1小时40多分钟），非常耐心也很专业，我说邮寄的话要等好几天你们才能收到，他马上就说，你可以email 过来。
确实如你所说，跟接电话的人也有关系。我也以为即使是email过去可能会快一点，但也得等好些天（就像第二次打电话接的那位女士告诉我的那样），结果没想到第二天中午就通过了。确实算不幸中的幸运了。

你可以换一家chase试试，以前我也是和你一样，今天我是又换了一家chase 银行去办理，这家懂行的branch manager二话没说就给我办了，我刚刚去把表格寄出了。

估计通胀率会下降不少，但是肯定利率会长很多。未知不见得会比7.1低。

我开账号时用了 Wells Fargo bank account info. 去 Wells Fargo bank 签 authorization form时，他们说不做了。 后来就去了 Citibank，Citibank 很友好地帮我签了 authorization form，这会不会需要重新再开账号 ？
你是不是想问 ：因为是Citibank 帮你做的，所以当TreasuryDirect 接到你这个确认表unlock 对你账户的hold 的时候，需不要把银行信息改成Citbank 的或者重新注册？
如果我的猜测是正确的，那回答是：不需要。
给我做Medallion Signature Guarantee 的银行,也不是我在注册 Treasury Direct 账户时绑定的那家银行。他们通过之后，我马上就去登录了自己的账户，然后用绑定的那家银行账户买的I Bond.
