想买点I bond，就去网上开户，网站很慢，一步一步好不容易到最后的时候，已经选过image和caption了，说service unavailable了。重新申请的话第一步就fail，说你这个tax ID已经存在了，用forget account number的话说没法verify，打客服电话的话回说要等2个小时以上。。。。。这个是我老公的账户，我自己的账户已经申请成功了买了1w I bond了,现在有点后悔，网站这么烂，会不会卖bond或者取钱的时候又很麻烦啊？ 补充一下，刚才用我自己已经申请成功的账户去试forgot my account number 也是通不过verification的。。。。

我这几天打了两次，一次等了一个半小时，一次两个小时
打了2天，第一天等了1个半小时，放弃，第二天等了3个半小时，终于通了，通的一霎那，激动啊
银行notary不行，是必须branch的manger签字才可以；非常麻烦。
