原来给孩子买I bond在自己的账户下给孩子register了。今天想进去用同一个registration 给孩子gift, 但是选了那个register 以后，下面没有this is gift 的button，直接就是submit. 难道每次给孩子/配偶买gift I bond都要再设一个新的registration给？ 那得多少个registration? 谢谢
