牛油果放纸袋里,里面再放个其它水果,过一两天就能吃。这是以前在中国学的方法,这边老美也用这方法,看来是全世界劳动人民的经验。
对啊,我就是这么操作的。要吃前几天冰箱里拿出室温放其他水果一起。还是肉快变色了硬的我挖不出来。 也有碰到好的,吃的不亦乐乎啊,一个人就干掉一整个混沙拉的。 一批批的,不好的一袋子牛油果怎么倒腾都不好。
我在Costco买的牛油果也有常有这个问题,特别是最近,室温下放两三星期都是硬的象石头一样,根本不能吃。而且一般一袋都这样。以前牛油果还是5.99的时候我就扔了,现在已经10.99了,我就拿回去退了。

不是买太多了。我google过,可能是运输储存中温度太低导致的。这就能解释为什么一般整袋都不能正常成熟。
LDL 没有说不好。你自己理解错误。

costco的果蔬基本都没法买。
你这明显操作错误,应该先室温放软了再放进冰箱储存。吃的时候拿出来就可以。低温保存之后牛油果很难再变软了。
楼上有mm解释过了,商家运输储存低温。冰箱放蔬果的抽屉哪有那么低温,只不过延迟成熟过程。
