EM 是这样啊。有两个design. 但是coding 只有一道。其余是career development, project deep dive, people management 等等各种BS。各个公司都大同小异。我没有遇到过有两个Full coding sessions 的面试，也许有，就是我没碰到过。

当年高中大学的学科竞赛都是要刷题的。 就算是友情参与的情况，也得刷两周到三周（指基本 full time 刷）。否则老师和系/校会认为毫无诚意，一怒之下搞不好给个小鞋穿 lol 。。。

几乎都是智力题。 平时工作用不上。

Client facing的是solution architect, enterprise architect, etc.
这里说的是DE/PE 级的帮助公司或者大项目set direction 的architect。
看公司和级别。拿E6/E7 EM 来说，脸，Uber，狗都会有一道leetcode easy/mid; 亚麻没有coding，甲骨文没有，stripe没有coding不过有个project presentation,Twitter screening有，on-site 不记得有。当然每年都可能不一样，所以不见的有普遍性。但是你要想找不刷题的总是找得到的。

要看怎样的 EM，现在很多第一线 EM 就是半个 developer。
不过话说回来，面试题本身不是问题。问题是在于百里挑一的竞争。小厂面试过关，还是比大厂容易，如果按 prospective team size 来 normalized 的话。
