2022年pre-tax 401k每人最多存20500。所有401k账号总Limit是61000。所以google/facebook的401k 是match contribution的200%吗？

我以为HCE只是after tax 401k受限制。难道连before tax 401k也受限制？
抓到一个有经验的人。请问决定是否是hce, 是只算BASE + BONUS，还是BASE+BONUS+rsu。我的问题主要是RSU会不会被算进去。
