LG French door的, 用了3年,去年compressor坏了。 parts在保修期内 但labor花了600。修冰箱的technician说以前LG被告就是因为compressor质量问题,新的compressor已经改进了不少, 希望我换的这个可以用得久点。 他说美国产的冰箱如whirlpool, kitchenaid比较耐用

你说的保鲜层结冰是什么意思?我发现我家冰箱保鲜层(放水果或者蔬菜的抽屉),如果我把东西放在最里面(靠在抽屉上,跟冰箱的back中间就隔着抽屉的那层塑料),东西就会被冻坏,如果放在前一半,就没关系。。。这跟你说的是一回事吗?不过抽屉里没有冰。。。

我现在也是ge的,10多年了。。。用腻歪的,主要是接水的那个地方的碟子被我扔洗碗机里被洗白了,结果看起来就很斑驳脏乎乎的

提醒一下,lg要求是original purchaser才honor warranty, 要是是买房从前房主那里继承过来的lg就不cover, 好像网上也有这种情况claim warranty成功的,但是还是要做好心理准备

上一个房子用的ge cafe,感觉质量非常好,从来没坏过
美国好像不重视节能。 美国电费 比德国便宜很多。
德国这里, 电费价格全世界第一, 大家都选节能等级最高的冰箱。
德国市场的冰箱 主要是 西门子- BOSCH, 高端的话 MIELE。
我家是 西门子的, 设计的很美很简洁。 目前很满意。

跟我家的一模一样 去年买的 上一个也是lg 用了10年 感觉其他品牌质量也没好到哪里 不如买个样子好看的
个人体验别买LG 好看易坏。不到一年就出问题。5、6年后covid 最严重期间坏了很难找到人来修。只能感觉买了一个有货能马上送的。 现在有些电器感觉是故意做的差,最关键去home depot 问人,工作人员竟然说你还指望它工作一二十年啊。好像那意思洗衣机之类的工作5六年该换新的了。现在有些烂电器每年要制造出多少垃圾来。

我也是用过了LG冰箱才知道这回事,我的LG冰箱就是用了两年多坏了。还在保修内,但是不想折腾啊,冰箱一坏就是一冰箱几百块的食品完蛋了,就算给我换个压缩机也是定时炸弹。干脆自己花钱又买了个maytag冰箱了事,也是自己研究了一下,才知道就压缩机来说,惠而浦旗下的这些美国冰箱牌子压缩机特别耐用皮实。
是的,是在我购买冰箱的电器店买的。

我家是 Kenmore的,已经用了17年了。除了冷藏分隔的塑料部件有坏损,别的都好。
绝对别碰棒子冰箱,6年坏了三次,头两次都是压缩机问题,保修,我们只出了人工费,第三次坏后直接换冰箱,再也不伺候了,冰箱一坏,里面所有东西都得扔,再加上两三个礼拜基本靠外卖,每次损失至少也是四、五百块钱吧
另外分享一个冷知识点,冰箱坏了厂家保修的同时还可以报销食品损坏的费用,当时的上限是$150

我们家也是同样的问题。 去年换了compressor,花了500多。维修人说他是专业修LG的,大部分都是这种情况。
