租客这周搬家，今天过去Showing告诉我上周末车被偷了， 说好像小偷是针对他们这个Model的车偷，mailbox key 和车库遥控器在车里， mailbox key 我有copy, 打算让他们make a copy,然后Return， 可是车库遥控的话，本来想买一个universal 的遥控， Program一下，但又有点担心小偷如果记得地址会不会回来偷， 需不需要整个garage door opener 都换了？ 租客是好租客，一直都按时交租，房子也维护的不错，一直还蛮愉快的，租约上有写，如果lost or not return the key or remote control, tenant will be responsible for the cost of replace garage door or door lock. 但感觉他们也挺不幸的。 不知道大家会怎么处理？谢谢
