跟xfinity settle吗？

之前买手机, online chat agent 说给$300 gift card + $150 phone bill credit, 后来xfinity不认了，说我不qualify。 扯皮一阵，现在xfinity愿意给$300, settle 还是上small claims？Chat transcript 特意存了，谁知道电脑坏了，无法recover data。 主要是看不惯他们这种翻脸不认人，有没有有经验的来说说？

you want to file a small claims suit for $150?? let''s do some math..
you need like 50, 60 dollars at least to file the small claims.. some counties need you to go to the court house to file the claims in person, the gas fees probably would cost you another 20 dollars？
then you need to pay to get it served.. that''s maybe like another $50... and where do you serve xfinity？ is there a corporate office in your state?
plus the time you spend on it...
all for $150????!!!!

我真心劝你算了。 最近我也是银行没给，我打算算了。 对了和你分享下，有一次有人告chase，还寄小卡片来让大家参与，最后按照人头分拿了三十多块好像。然后从此进这家的黑名单，所有的酒店卡航空卡都不能申请。十年了，一张年费卡估计送的点数就一千块了。估计终身黑名单。

我觉得这些公司搞promo都是能赖就赖，att fiber说给200+150，最后只给了200，150还是chat了客服要回来的，sd上讨论帖都达成一致了，这150不催客服是不会给的。

Xfinity 去年底说给的$200礼品卡上星期倒是准时寄到了。他们如果不寄，我还真没法问他们要，当时没有任何凭证，只是电话里保证的

不蒸馒头争口气 不settle！
