不要脸的统计局，我们这里都翻了一倍了

不是所有地方都暴涨的。简单来说就是华人密集的地方暴涨了。 很多地方才回到08年暴跌前高。

美国统计局统计房租要算上虚拟房租的
虚拟房租这玩意儿一边给gdp灌水，一边可以压低cpi，属于一鱼两吃
