上周刚做的Pap Smear，但是当时取样时，医生说我太紧张了，她看不清也不能确定所取的样是否有宫颈处的细胞？ 现在结果出来了，都是阴性。只是 报告上在Specimen Adequacy那栏指出”Satisfactory for evaluation. No endocervical component is identified“。 我google了一下： 1） The presence of endocervical component (ECs) on cervical smears is considered essential for determining the adequacy of the Pap smear. The absence of an endocervical component in a negative smear suggests that a repeat Pap smear should be taken. 2）Endocervical cells absent. This means that the sampling of cells during your pap didn't include those inside-the-canal cells. If you've never had an abnormal pap in the past, it's fine for an occasional pap to not sample these cells. 如果我没有理解错的话，那这个结果应该是说，当时所取到啊样，并没有宫颈处的细胞？如果是的话，那这个样品就没有什么代表性了吧？ 刚打电话问doctor office，但Gyn 医生又说不用重做。。。 懂得这方面的MM能说说吗？我已经6年没敢做这种检查了。好不容易做一次，却是这种结果。我不想挑战医生的权威，但如果样品都没有取对，那我今年的妇科年检就没有意义了呀。 谢谢！

没取到样就等于没做啊。
还有angelina68 MM说的"只有UNSAT才repeat", 这个 UNSAT是指“requirement not satisfied”吗？
